This is the endorsement letterGary
received from Ms. La Teisha Brown at Vet Friends. The program is not intended to be a fund
raiser. Churchfield Racing is not a Veteran's organization. Instead, Gary wanted to find a
way to thank friends, family, neighbors and our Veteran Race Fans who attend events
where the 2c is raced.
Members of the 2c team include Gary's brother Sean, a USN Vet from Desert
Storm. He
has support from David "scruff" Fairman a Vietnam Vet and crew member for
the 35x.
Gary works with several veterans whose names will appear on the car.
Family members
will also sign as well as neighbors, friends and fans who enter the pits
where the 2c
Street Stock can be found.
Without these great veterans, without our military there would be no
racing, no freedom
for us to share. Freedom is not Free and Liberty should not be taken for
granted. If you
do not believe me, try doing what we do in some other country...
God Bless our Veterans and may we never forget those who paid the ultimate
price so
we could honor their memories and shake hands with those veterans who walk
among us.
We should be so lucky...these patriots have stood the test for our
freedom, the least we
can do is say "Thank You and God Bless you"...
